Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes. The diagnostic fee covers a technician visiting your home, identifying the problem, and providing a repair quote.
Is it worth repairing an appliance or replacing it?
As a general rule, if the repair cost is less than 50% of replacement and the appliance is under 10–12 years old, repair is usually worthwhile. Our technician will advise honestly after diagnosis.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
In many cases, yes. Same-day service depends on technician availability and parts required.
How quickly can a technician come to my home?
Most appointments are available within 24-48 hours across the Greater Toronto Area and Windsor. Urgent bookings may be available sooner.
